*Program Notes & Details: Ask Management for program information and awards currently in force. Some restrictions may apply. Resident must submit Applicant information in writing using above Form prior to new Lease Application. All Resident Referral awards are made after the new Resident has paid the second month’s rent, or after they have paid at least 1 month of rent at the full Lease Agreement amount, (not counting, for example, first month move-in specials if any). All Applicants are subject to approval by Management according to the Company’s policies and rental criteria (including credit and personal background checks). These policies and rental criteria may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Company. Company or Management's may change Program Rules and Awards at any time at it's sole discretion.
